Please note: The fees produced on this page are indicative fees only, designed to help you select a firm. They do not include VAT and disbursements. They are based upon the firm acting jointly both for us and for the borrower where the borrower is a limited company. They do not, however, represent a formal quotation. We have no authority to bind the firm as to the fees for any transaction. Individual transactions may have particular features which mean that charging additional fees may be necessary. The fees for any transaction should be confirmed with the law firm selected before the firm is formally instructed.
